Welcome to the world of wine… Whites, reds, rosé, still, sparkling, fortified aromatized… there is so much to discover! Then we have organic, biodynamic, and natural techniques! There are infinite grape varieties, from internationally well-known grapes such as chardonnay and sauvignon blanc to less known indigenous grapes like listan prieto and ribolla gialla. There are so many factors involved in the winemaking process: climate, soil, length and type of aging, the way the wine is produced, and winemaker philosophy. We are only providing a small window into production on small-scale wineries from different parts of the world. It is an endless world of discoveries. Learn, ask questions and go visit them.
