Cheese world..so much to taste and so much to learnSmall cheese producers from around the world
Cheese has been around for centuries. We don’t know who invented it but he or she definitely did a great job!
Cheese world … so much to taste and so much to learn. Cheese textures are numerous, such as spreadable, creamy, soft, firm, sticky, or hard. Cheese can be made from the milk of goats, sheep, cows, buffalos, camels … Variety of flavors, tangy, zesty, nutty, salty … Good on its own, paired with wine (whites are more versatile) or added to a dish. We don’t think there is any right or best way to enjoy great cheese. It’s just a matter of the right moment for the right cheese.
