Our cows are being fed with natural products so they can produce good milk.
Our ricotta cheese is made with whey formed during the cheese making process. A tiny quantity of milk (1%) is added and brought to the surface. It is creamy; its pronounced flavour comes from quality milk produced by our cows which are always fed with natural products.

…so they can produce good milk, rich in beneficial properties; with this same milk, we produce our cheeses that have the taste of tradition we’ve learned from the great-grandfather, Michel.
The traditional method is also combined with the innovation of modern techniques introduced by Annalisa.
