To make our cream cheeses, we first blend different types of cheeses with fresh milk. Then we flavour them with saffron, chives, and a mixture of aromatic herbs.
Try them spread on crostini (take a look at the picture), also perfect for “mantecare” a risotto (this can soften a risotto, giving it a creamy texture).

Did you know that our cheese is made only with raw milk?
No pasteurization, no heat treatment to preserve vitamins A and D, important for brain activity and immune defenses. Minerals such as iron and calcium for growth and body development and finally proteins are also being preserved.
